Introduction

Kumpool is a ride-pooling platform which eases your transportation hassles. It works by gathering passenger bookings in real-time and travels a route based on everyone’s pick-up and drop-off stops. The service itself aims to provide a better mobility solution to public transport users and commuters with comparable travel time and affordable pricing.

Kumpool provides a reliable, convenient and comfortable ride with an affordable price. When group bookings are made, fare prices will be reduced.
The Kumpool fleet consists of vans and cars.
We are currently unable to accept such requests.

Booking

Install Kumpool app here

Tap on “Book now” and select your preferred pick-up and drop-off locations from the list of stops provided.

Check the details and price before tapping on “Book Now”. Wait for confirmation and track your driver’s arrival in real-time.

You can book anywhere within our service area, locations can be checked through the Kumpool app. However, you should be at your pick-up stop 5-10 minutes before the estimated arrival time of your vehicle.
You’re able to schedule your ride ahead in the Kumpool app. Kindly make sure to be at the location you booked 5-10 minutes before booking time to ensure a smooth ride.
No. You can only select 1 pick-up and 1 drop-off point for each booking. If you need to book a Kumpool ride with multiple pick-up or drop-off points at the same time, we would recommend getting your bookings done on separate devices.
Pick-up and drop-off stops are fixed as indicated in the app. You may book anywhere shown in the locations’ list. However, you need to be at your pick-up stop to board your vehicle.
The pick-up stop nearest to your current location will always show at the top of the selection screen.
Every ride is shared within the community, no-shows or cancellations will affect the trip for all passengers. We seek your kind cooperation to adhere with the bookings made to avoid any inconvenience. We reserve the right to permanently withhold services from passengers who repeatedly cancel their booking or do not show up.
You must make a booking and scan your ticket to board successfully.
You must cancel your existing booking and make a new one to change your pick-up or drop-off stop.

Ride

Each passenger is entitled to one seat. As long as it is empty, you can take it.

The arrival time shown in the app is an estimate and may vary subject to traffic conditions. Should you have any queries, kindly write to us at cs@kumpool.com.my or you may send a feedback through the Kumpool app.

All rides are shared within the community, late-comers will delay the journey for all passengers. Hence, drivers will not wait for any passenger who is late.

Kindly ensure you’re at your stop at least 5-10 minutes before the estimated arrival time of your vehicle.

If you happen to miss your ride, you’ll need to make a new booking.

Kumpool works by gathering passenger bookings in real-time. It includes as many passengers as possible that travel in the same direction. This may affect the sequence of stops.

Ride Fares & Payment

Fares are determined by the travel distance and the number of passengers travelling in the same vehicle. The fares get lesser when more passengers travel in the same direction.
Both cash and cashless methods are available for your convenience. You can pay by cash or e-wallet.
No change will be provided. Kindly prepare the accurate amount quoted to avoid unwanted hassles.
No. We offer one pricing for all passengers.

USJ: 7.00am – 8.00pm (Mon-Fri) & 8.00am – 8.00pm (Sat)

Petaling Jaya: 7.00am – 8.00pm (Mon-Fri) & 8.00am – 8.00pm (Sat)

Cyberjaya : 7.00am – 9.00pm (Mon-Fri), 8.00am – 9.00pm (Sat & Sun)

Bayan Lepas: 6.30am – 9.30pm (Daily)
